Orlando Chili Cook Off
When: February 17, 2018 | Noon to 6 p.m.
Where: Festival Park, 2911 Robinson St., Orlando, FL
Don’t miss out! Now in its ninth year, the Orlando Chili Cook Off draws masters from all over the state to compete for the benefit of charity (Alex’s Lemonade Stand). As their guest, you’re invited to sample dozens of mouth-watering recipes while sipping your favorite adult beverage, listening to live music, and letting little ones burn off some energy in the Kids Zone. Florida Strawberry Festival
When: March 1—11, 2018 | 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Where: 303 N. Lemon St., Plant City, FL
Sample some of the country’s sweetest berries. Iconic treats — like strawberry shortcake and milkshakes — as well as classic carnival fare are sure to hit the spot. Taste of the City Series
Eat local! Many of the communities surrounding Orlando host their own annual events to showcase their restaurants and culinary talent. Purchase a wristband and wander the booths at these mini-festivals for unlimited sampling of everything from gourmet bites and health-conscious options, to homemade comfort food and artisan desserts! A variety of beverages are also usually featured, such as coffee, sweet tea, soda, wine and craft beer.

Taste your way around town. Although not technically a food festival in the strictest sense, this city-wide, month-long event generates a ton of buzz among locals and visitors each year!
