This holiday season, Encore Resort guests are in for a treat! For, I, Giuseppe, baker extraordinaire, and my magical gingerbread pal Gumdrop have set up shop in the Encore Clubhouse, transforming it into our “Sweet Suite.”
Inside our gingerbread wonderland, Gumdrop and I stir up some holiday cheer, serving cheerful crafts, seasonal stories, scrumptious treats, and so much more. Encore Resort at Reunion’s First Annual Gingerbread Decorating Contest

The Encore Resort staff requested we judge their first-ever gingerbread decorating contest, and we’d like your help. If you’re at Encore Resort, we know you have great taste, after all! Come vote for your favorite delectable display at the Sweet Suite.

Story Time with Mr. and Mrs. Claus

Santa Claus is coming to town! We are so excited to welcome Mr. and Mrs. Claus to the Sweet Suite to share their special stories with you all. We pulled out all the stops, making delicious cocoa and cookies for you to enjoy – our specialty. You won’t want to miss it!

With the holidays being so important to us, Gumdrop and I have many seasonal stories to share. Join us for these fun-filled stories, stuffed with Christmas spirit as we serve our delectable delights. Plus, we have some surprises up our sugary sleeves. Perhaps, some special guests will gift us with their presence.
Encore Presents: The Gift of Gators Galore!

See how our scaly friends celebrate the holidays! Gumdrop is a curious cookie, so I invited some animal experts to teach him all about Florida wildlife. He was a little nervous at first, being made of gingerbread and all, but he loved it! Now baby alligators, bearded dragons, and scorpions are all on his wishlist.
Holiday Splash Bash!
